Talent Pipeline Management
Estimated duration: 8 hours (1 business day)
Performance management as we know it is changing. There is a paradigm shift in the way it is viewed, constructed and assessed.
More and more businesses are moving away from the annual performance review to more regular check-ins using coaching skills to drive the performance of the organization as a whole. This workshop will look at research behind the change in PM, and discuss pitfalls of annual evaluations.
We will define SMART goals, how they align to company strategy and provide Line-of-Sight (LoS) throughout the organization. We will address setting effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and promote transparency.
Nobody wants to be a number. Hence, Performance Ratings are also changing together with how they link to Salary Reviews.
The workshop will address future trends for Performance Reviews to overcome biases, discuss avenues for Development Plans, Succession Plans, and ways to Motivate Employees beyond money. We will also cover Retention Interviews vs Exit Interviews.
Lastly, we will discuss Employee Separation and ways to protect the organization from legal liabilities as well as preserve morale for the rest of the employees.
This workshop will help you develop a Recognition Strategy that is relevant, accepted and appreciated.
