Change is inevitable, in fact, without it we cannot evolve. However, not many people enjoy change. We can guarantee once all fears of change are addressed, resistance will fade. This workshop will start exactly there, by addressing sources of change resistance and how to overcome them.
The workshop is designed to explore the emotional and psychological effects of change, including the differences between "fixed" and "growth" mindsets. We will cover the three stages of change, provide twenty practical steps for implementing large changes, discuss common personality types handling change, and strategies for supporting others through these transitions.
Additionally, we will emphasize the importance of effective communication and positive influence in managing change. The workshop will include guidance on developing an internal communication plan that aligns with company objectives, along with a communication template.
We will close with elements for a successfully and sustainable change.
