They say nobody likes change, but I guarantee you once all fears of change are addressed, resistance will fade. This workshop will start exactly there, by addressing sources of change resistance and how to overcome them.
The workshop will cover the emotional and psychological impact of change and discuss the “fixed” and “growth” mindsets. Next, we will illustrate three stages of change, discuss common personalities handling change and how to support others during the change process.
Effective communication is essential in managing any type of change. The workshop will go over building an internal communication plan aligned to the purpose and offer a suggested communication template.
We will close with elements for a successfully and sustainable change.
