My name is Awatif Yahya, I help aspiring leaders transform lives of people they lead and create legacies they can be proud of.
I am passionate about organizations that are inspiring, energetic, safe and fun workplaces. I am talking about the type of work environments that make you want to wake up a few hours earlier because you are excited about being there and the opportunities ahead. Imagine that!

Fifteen years international work experience, ten of which with a Fortune Global 500 company.
A BSc in Information Technology.
A Fulbright Scholar (MBA Program).
Author of Embracing Leadership, Not Dictatorship, a book exploring two styles of conduct and the legacy each style paves.
