Handling Crucial Conversations

In this day and age, managing crucial conversations has never been more important. The combination of work environments, from hybrid to fully remote, have created extra challenges in our daily communication.
But not every conversation is a crucial conversation. This workshop will start by identifying types of conversations that are, or have the potential to become, crucial. We will cover the main components of human-to-human communication and encourage participants to assess their own contributions to critical conversations. We will also share techniques for better listening and better questioning to gain understanding while building rapport.
Finally, the workshop will cover decision making styles, influencing techniques, personality perspectives and cultural differences. We will end with tips for better conversations.
